Excellent
Very central location. Close to the vaporetto stop No.1 and the airport boat link. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a lift, unlike a lot of hotels in Venice! The room was a good size. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and free room service was an added bonus!

Remarkable stay in Venice
The friendly and professional stuff is the bonus. The location is great. Near the historical center and the main attractions. Breakfast is ok.
The shower controls are very challenging. It was not easy to get the right water temperature. It was ether too hot or too cold. The bathroom doesn't have a fan which creates a challenge if a few people need to use the bathroom.
